Consultancy models

Based on our experience we are aware that sometimes people are unsure of the service they wish to have or how much time they wish to have committed to a project. On top of this, CX and customer transformation can be an ongoing process and can take more hours at the beginning to set up, with less hours of support needed in the future as we look to provide check-up scenarios.


Therefore, in order to meet customer demand, we offer a monthly subscription-based consultancy model, please take a look below at the options.


Of course, outside of the monthly subscriptions we do offer tailored packages so do not hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.

Tailored Packages

We offer individual tailored packages for our clients which can be a good option for longer term clients or those whom just wish for a one-off service. We are open to discuss all options and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Support Provided

Consulting and mentoring can be conducted onsite or online, the preference will be mutually agreed. We provide regular reports detailing the current status as well as we are available for you via email, call and chat whenever you need us.


Currently all our packages can be delivered in English and Czech. We will have soon the capability for German too for some options, if you wish to have German support please get in touch directly so we can look at that option for you.

It is important to note the following:

  • Workshops
    • Group workshops are not part of the subscription models.
    • If interested in workshops, please check out our workshop page in Be Services.
    • Contact us for more info or if you need a tailored package.


  • Payment Terms
    • Payment to be have been received in advance of any Be All Ears subscription commencement
    • Upon commencement of a subscription, date of engagement is to be agreed between both parties, Be All Ears & the Client
    • If starting a subscription mid-month, then the payment would be pro-rated


  • Expenses
    • Reasonable travel, lodging and food expenses will be billed monthly and all receipts provided
    • Notice about the possibility of expenses will provided via email to you prior to any travel agreement being secured
    • An invoice will be provided every 30 days should expenses be incurred


  • Trust
    • Signature of a non-disclosure agreement will be secured for both parties thus not disclosing any personal information without prior agreement from either party


  • Change of Tariff
    • You are free to change your tariff on a monthly basis
      • i.e. May you could be on Option 3, June Option 3, July Option 1
    • When requesting a change on Tariff we ask for one full calendar month to be given electronically
      • i.e. if you request a tariff change on 15th June, the new Tariff will commence on August 1st
    • Should there be a need for a special case here, it can be discussed and agreed mutually


  • Cancellation Terms
    • A cancellation period of one full calendar month must be given electronically should you not wish to continue the subscription
      • i.e. if you cancel on 15th June, the final date for subscription end would be 31st July
